These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the MEE FINTECH website and the information, enquiry channels, consultancy, facilitation, documentation assistance and related services made available by MEE FINTECH. They should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Declaration and any separate service-specific agreement or disclosure that applies to a particular engagement.
01Acceptance and scope of these Terms
By accessing or browsing the website, submitting an enquiry, contacting MEE FINTECH through a listed channel, requesting assistance, or using a service to the extent legally permitted, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to read these Terms. Where a separate signed agreement, product document, lender/insurer contract, or mandatory legal rule applies, that document or rule will govern the relevant subject to the extent of any inconsistency.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the website or request services through it. Merely visiting the website does not by itself mean that a loan, insurance policy, investment, deposit, or other financial product has been applied for, accepted, sanctioned, issued, or purchased.
02About MEE FINTECH
MEE FINTECH is described in its business foundation document as a financial consultancy and financial-product advisory/facilitation business based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, led by Sontha Pradeep Kumar, an MBA-qualified professional with more than 15 years of financial-services experience. Its stated areas of focus include business loans, working capital, MSME/CGTMSE finance, retail loans, home and mortgage loans, personal and education loans, insurance and health insurance, mutual funds, fixed deposits, financial-product advisory, and loan-processing/documentation support.
The name “MEE FINTECH” is used on this website as the business/brand name. The exact legal entity type and registered legal name have not been confirmed in the business foundation document. No reader should infer from the brand name alone that MEE FINTECH is a bank, lender, NBFC, insurer, asset management company, stockbroker, deposit-taking institution, government body, or regulator.
03Definitions

- “Financial Provider” means a bank, NBFC, insurer, mutual fund/asset management company, deposit provider, payment provider, government-backed programme administrator, or other third party that offers, underwrites, approves, issues, services or settles a financial product.
- “Services” means the consultancy, product information, referral/facilitation, enquiry handling, document guidance, application coordination and other services expressly offered by MEE FINTECH.
- “Website” means meefintech.com and the pages, forms, links or digital features operated by or for MEE FINTECH.

04Eligibility, capacity and authority
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to independently request a service. If you act for a company, partnership, trust, proprietorship, family member or other person, you confirm that you are authorised to make the enquiry and share the relevant information for that person or entity. We may ask for reasonable evidence of identity, authority or business status before proceeding.
Where a product provider imposes age, residency, income, credit, business vintage, KYC, underwriting, risk, documentation or other eligibility requirements, those provider requirements apply independently. MEE FINTECH cannot waive a provider's criteria or make an ineligible person eligible.
05Nature and scope of services
Depending on availability, customer requirements, applicable law and the relevant provider's arrangements, MEE FINTECH may help you understand broad product options, identify potential lenders or providers, prepare a document checklist, organise application information, coordinate communications, follow up on process status, and understand next steps.
Our business foundation document describes a process that may include enquiry, initial discussion, requirement analysis, eligibility discussion, document collection, product/provider identification, application or processing coordination, follow-up, and—where the provider approves—sanction, disbursement or policy issuance. The steps, order, timing and availability vary by case and provider. A step being performed does not promise that a later step will occur.
Only services expressly described to you and accepted under the applicable arrangement are included. We may decline a request that is outside our capabilities, unsupported by appropriate documentation, unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with a provider's requirements.
06No guarantee of loan approval, policy issuance or financial outcome
MEE FINTECH does not guarantee loan approval, a specific sanctioned amount, interest rate, credit limit, collateral requirement, repayment term, processing timeline, insurance coverage, claim payment, investment return, fixed-deposit rate, tax outcome, product availability, or any other result controlled by a third-party provider or market conditions.
All applications are subject to the provider's independent assessment, underwriting, credit and risk policies, KYC checks, internal approvals, documentation requirements, available funding, product terms and applicable law. A preliminary discussion, eligibility estimate, indicative illustration, referral, document submission or positive update is not a final sanction, policy, investment advice mandate, deposit confirmation or binding offer.
Any indicative amount, rate, premium, return, tenure, eligibility view or processing estimate is informational only unless the responsible provider issues a formal document confirming it. Always rely on the provider's official sanction letter, policy schedule, key information statement, scheme document, deposit receipt, loan agreement and other definitive product documents.
07Product-specific conditions and risks
7.1 Loans, business finance and working capital
Business, working-capital, MSME/CGTMSE, retail, home, mortgage, personal and education loans are subject to the lender's eligibility assessment, interest and fee schedule, repayment obligations, security/collateral requirements, credit checks and executed loan documents. A government-backed credit guarantee or scheme, including any CGTMSE-related arrangement, does not mean that every applicant qualifies, that a loan is automatically approved, or that a borrower is relieved of repayment obligations. Scheme eligibility and coverage are determined by the applicable scheme rules and lending institution.
7.2 Mortgage and secured borrowing
Where a proposed loan is secured against residential property, commercial property, land or other collateral, you must independently understand title, valuation, encumbrance, enforcement, foreclosure and default consequences. Do not offer property or collateral unless you have legal authority and have received independent advice where appropriate.
7.3 Insurance and health insurance
Insurance coverage, exclusions, waiting periods, premiums, underwriting, renewals, cancellations, claim decisions and claim settlements are governed by the insurer's policy wording and applicable insurance law. MEE FINTECH cannot promise that an insurer will accept a proposal or pay a claim. Read the policy wording, schedule, exclusions and disclosures carefully and provide accurate material information.
7.4 Mutual funds and market-linked products
Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks, including possible loss of principal. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Review scheme-related documents, risk disclosures, costs, suitability and your own financial position. Nothing on this website should be treated as a guaranteed return, deposit, or personalised investment recommendation unless a separately authorised and properly documented service expressly provides it.
7.5 Fixed deposits and other deposit products
Rates, tenure, premature withdrawal, penalties, tax treatment, deposit insurance, issuer credit risk and renewal terms depend on the specific issuer and product. Do not assume that every product described as a deposit is insured or carries a government guarantee. Confirm the issuer's status and official product documents before investing.
7.6 No substitution for provider documents
These Terms do not replace any lender, insurer, mutual fund, deposit provider, payment provider or scheme administrator's terms. If those documents impose obligations directly on you, you must review and comply with them separately.
08Applications, declarations and documentation
You authorise MEE FINTECH, to the extent you specifically request and legally permit, to assist with preparing, organising, transmitting or following up on information and documents relevant to your enquiry or application. Before any information is submitted to a provider, you should review it for accuracy and completeness.
You must not ask us to create, alter, conceal or submit false salary slips, bank statements, tax returns, invoices, business records, identity documents, property records, insurance disclosures, signatures, authorisations or other evidence. We may stop assisting and, where legally required or appropriate, take steps permitted by law if fraud, forgery, impersonation, bribery or other unlawful conduct is suspected.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, original documents remain yours. You should retain copies of everything submitted and obtain acknowledgement or a receipt from the relevant provider where available. MEE FINTECH does not control a provider's document retention, verification, audit or return process.
09Customer responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide true, current, complete and non-misleading information;
- promptly disclose material changes in income, employment, business operations, liabilities, ownership, contact details, health or other information relevant to a product;
- respond to reasonable document and clarification requests in a timely manner;
- read product documents and independently decide whether to proceed;
- pay agreed and lawfully disclosed fees, provider charges, premiums, instalments and other amounts to the correct recipient when due;
- protect passwords, OTPs, PINs, e-signature credentials and account access, and never authorise an unknown person to operate your financial account;
- ensure you have consent and lawful authority before providing another person's information; and
- promptly notify the relevant provider and MEE FINTECH if you suspect an error, unauthorised transaction, impersonation or misuse of your information.
Delays or adverse outcomes caused by incomplete, incorrect, late or inconsistent information, failure to respond, or failure to satisfy provider requirements may affect an application. We are not responsible for outcomes caused by information you supplied incorrectly or withheld, subject always to applicable law.
10Fees, commissions, charges and taxes
The business foundation document states that MEE FINTECH may generate revenue through commissions, referral or processing-related income and applicable advisory/service income associated with facilitated financial products. It also states that pricing varies by product, lender, customer profile, eligibility and service arrangement. It does not provide a final, product-wise public fee schedule.
Before you become liable for any customer-paid advisory or service fee, the applicable amount or calculation method, what the fee covers, when it is payable, whether it is refundable, and the recipient of payment should be clearly communicated and accepted in writing or through an auditable electronic record. Do not infer a universal fee from a general website statement or an indicative percentage.
Where MEE FINTECH receives a commission, referral fee or other remuneration from a provider or channel partner, any disclosure required by applicable law or the specific arrangement will be made. Provider commissions do not alter the provider's final product terms. You may ask for clarification of charges before deciding to proceed.
Taxes, statutory levies, bank charges, payment gateway charges and provider-imposed fees, if applicable, will be handled as required by law and the relevant agreement. No tax treatment or deduction is guaranteed by these Terms; obtain independent tax advice for your circumstances.
11Payments, receipts, cancellations and refunds
Payments should be made only against a clear, legitimate request and to a payment destination verified as belonging to MEE FINTECH or the relevant provider. We will not ask you to disclose your OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, net-banking password or full login credentials to receive a refund or process an application.
The treatment of any customer-paid service fee, booking amount or other payment depends on the specific service, the work already performed, the disclosed fee terms, provider rules and applicable consumer law. No blanket “non-refundable” rule in these Terms overrides mandatory legal rights. Refund requests, duplicate payments, failed transactions, cancellation requests and disputes must be handled under the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy and any applicable payment-provider rules.
Loan disbursements, insurance premiums, investment subscriptions and deposits are generally governed by the relevant provider's payment and cancellation processes, not by MEE FINTECH alone. If money was paid directly to a provider, you may need to contact that provider for reversal, cancellation, redemption or refund. MEE FINTECH cannot promise the timing or approval of a refund controlled by a third party.
Where payment collection is enabled, the payment gateway or banking provider may impose separate terms, checks, settlement timelines and dispute procedures. A payment receipt does not itself confirm loan approval, insurance coverage, investment allotment or deposit issuance.
12Third-party providers, links and integrations
Our service may involve banks, NBFCs, insurers, mutual fund entities, deposit issuers, government or scheme portals, payment gateways, WhatsApp/Meta services, telecommunications providers, identity/KYC vendors, electronic-signature services, CRM tools and other third parties. These organisations operate under their own contracts, policies, security controls and service availability.
MEE FINTECH is not responsible for independent decisions, delays, system outages, eligibility policies, acts or omissions of third-party providers, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded. A link or referral does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee or partnership unless that relationship is expressly confirmed. Verify official websites and contact details before sharing documents or making payments.
Third-party websites may change or become unavailable. We do not control their content, terms, privacy practices, security, accuracy or accessibility. Use them at your own discretion and review their terms before proceeding.
13Website content, availability and digital tools
We aim to keep website information useful and current, but product features, provider criteria, rates, charges, laws and processes can change without notice. Website content may be general, incomplete, delayed or subject to correction. It is not a substitute for the provider's official documents or a professional assessment of your particular circumstances.
We may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue any website page, form, feature or digital service for maintenance, security, business, technical, legal or operational reasons. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free or universally compatible operation. We will take reasonable care in operating our website, subject to applicable law.
Online forms and messaging channels are intended for initial enquiries unless explicitly stated otherwise. Do not upload highly sensitive information through an unsecured form or ordinary messaging channel. A website submission may fail, be delayed or not reach the intended recipient; obtain confirmation for time-sensitive requests.
14Electronic communications, calls and messaging
When you provide contact details and request a service, you authorise MEE FINTECH to contact you through reasonable channels relevant to that request, which may include telephone, email, SMS, WhatsApp or other digital messaging. Service-related communications may include clarification requests, document checklists, application updates, appointments, complaints, renewal reminders or follow-ups.
Promotional messages, marketing calls and recurring communications will be sent only subject to applicable consent, preference, telecom, messaging-platform and data-protection requirements. Where a lawful opt-out mechanism is available, you may use it. Opting out of promotional communication may not stop essential service, security, legal or transaction messages connected with an active request.
Electronic messages can be delayed, misdirected, intercepted or viewed by people with access to your device or account. Confirm that a contact channel is official before sending documents or acting on payment instructions. We may retain business communications and transaction records to the extent permitted or required by law.
15Privacy, personal information and data handling
We may need to collect and use information such as your name, contact details, general financial or business requirements, information relevant to product eligibility, communications, documents you choose to submit, and records of your interactions. The information used will depend on the service requested and the stage of the process.
Subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy, information may be used to respond to enquiries, assess stated requirements, coordinate applications, communicate with relevant providers where authorised, prevent fraud, maintain records, improve services, meet legal obligations and handle complaints. We should collect only information reasonably required for the stated purpose and apply appropriate safeguards.
We will not treat your submission as blanket permission to use information for every purpose. Where consent or another lawful basis is required, the relevant notice or consent should be obtained. If you provide another person's information, you are responsible for ensuring you have authority to do so. Provider-specific consent, KYC declarations and data-sharing authorisations may be required separately.
Further details about collection, purposes, sharing, retention, security, user requests and contact channels are set out in the Privacy Policy. If these Terms conflict with a mandatory data-protection requirement, the applicable law prevails.
16Security, impersonation and fraud prevention
MEE FINTECH will not guarantee that any website, email, phone call or messaging service is completely secure. You should verify communications, use secure devices and networks, keep software updated, and avoid sharing credentials or OTPs. We will not ask you to transfer funds to a personal account or pay an unofficial intermediary as a condition of guaranteed approval.
Fraudsters may impersonate financial consultants, lenders, insurers or MEE FINTECH personnel. Before paying or sharing documents, independently confirm the recipient using a known official channel. Do not rely solely on a display name, profile photograph, forwarded message, caller ID or link sent by an unknown person. Report suspected impersonation promptly to the relevant platform, bank/payment provider and appropriate authorities.
We may pause communications or processing where we reasonably suspect fraud, account compromise, forged documents, unlawful activity or a security risk, subject to applicable law and any necessary notice.
17Intellectual property and permitted use
Unless otherwise stated, website text, brand elements, design, graphics, documents, layouts and original materials made available by MEE FINTECH are owned by or used with permission by the relevant rights holder and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
You may view and use the website for lawful personal or business enquiry purposes. You must not copy, republish, sell, modify, scrape, reverse engineer, frame, impersonate, distribute or commercially exploit website materials or brand elements without prior written permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party names, marks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
18Prohibited conduct
You must not use the website or services to:
- submit false information, forged documents, misleading declarations or another person's identity;
- commit or facilitate fraud, money laundering, bribery, sanctions evasion or other unlawful conduct;
- misuse another person's personal or financial information or submit it without proper authority;
- probe, disrupt, overload, damage or attempt unauthorised access to the website, forms, accounts or systems;
- introduce malicious code, spam, automated abusive requests or misleading links;
- misrepresent MEE FINTECH's role, authority, affiliation, registration or ability to guarantee a financial outcome; or
- use our services in a manner that violates applicable law, provider rules or the rights of others.
We may refuse or discontinue assistance where reasonably necessary to protect customers, providers, the business or compliance obligations. This does not remove any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
19Disclaimers and no professional-advice substitution
Website content is provided for general information and service orientation. Unless a separate engagement expressly states otherwise and the relevant authorisation exists, website material is not a personalised recommendation, legal opinion, tax opinion, audit opinion, guarantee of eligibility, or substitute for independent financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
You are responsible for assessing whether a product suits your needs, risk tolerance, financial position, repayment capacity and objectives. Consider consulting a qualified independent professional before taking material financial or legal decisions. Always read the latest official product documents and ask the provider to explain terms you do not understand.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a representation, warranty or legal duty that cannot lawfully be excluded. Statutory consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected.
20Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MEE FINTECH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss, loss of profit, business opportunity, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or business interruption arising from use of the website or reliance on third-party product decisions, where such exclusion is legally permitted.
Subject to applicable law, MEE FINTECH is not responsible for a provider's independent decision to reject, delay, alter, withdraw, price, underwrite, issue, cancel or settle a financial product; market movements; third-party outages; inaccurate information supplied by you; or your failure to comply with a provider's contract.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, death or personal injury where legally non-excludable, breach of a mandatory statutory duty, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Any contractual cap on liability for a separately paid service should be expressly agreed in that service's written terms and reviewed for enforceability before use.
21Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, penalties, costs or reasonable legal expenses arising directly from your fraud, deliberate misrepresentation, unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person's rights, or material breach of these Terms. This provision does not require you to indemnify MEE FINTECH for losses caused by MEE FINTECH's own unlawful conduct, negligence where liability cannot be excluded, or breach of a non-waivable legal duty.
22Suspension, refusal and termination
You may stop using the website at any time. MEE FINTECH may refuse, suspend or end a service where permitted by law, including where information is materially inaccurate, documents are incomplete, a provider will not proceed, fees validly due remain unpaid, fraud or security concerns arise, the request is outside the agreed scope, or continuing would create a legal or compliance risk.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will communicate the reason and any next steps. Ending a service does not cancel obligations already accrued, provider agreements you entered into, lawful record-retention duties, or clauses intended to continue after termination. Any eligible refund will be assessed under the applicable fee agreement and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
23Complaints, service issues and grievance handling
If you have a question or complaint, first contact MEE FINTECH through the official contact details published on the website. Please describe the issue, relevant dates, the service or product involved, the steps already taken, and the outcome you are seeking. Avoid sending full identity numbers, account credentials or unnecessary sensitive documents in an initial complaint.
We aim to acknowledge and review complaints within a reasonable period, request any necessary clarification, and coordinate with a relevant provider where the issue is within that provider's control. Resolution time can depend on the nature of the complaint and third-party responses. A complaint to MEE FINTECH does not replace a complaint or appeal that must be made directly to a lender, insurer, payment provider, regulator, consumer commission or other competent authority.
24Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, website functionality, business processes, technology, provider requirements or applicable law. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated version or effective date. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, changes will apply from publication to future use of the website and services.
Where a change materially affects an existing paid engagement or requires fresh consent under law, we will follow the applicable agreement and legal requirements. You should review this page periodically. Continued use after a revision does not override any mandatory consent or notice requirement.
25Force majeure and events outside reasonable control
To the extent permitted by law, a party will not be treated as in breach solely because performance is delayed by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemic events, war, civil disturbance, government action, power or telecom failure, cyber incidents, payment network disruption, provider system outage or interruption of essential services. The affected party should take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and resume performance when practicable.
This section does not excuse payment obligations already due, remove statutory rights, or protect a party from consequences that applicable law does not permit it to exclude.
26Severability, waiver and entire understanding
If a provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down or severed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to the extent legally effective. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of that provision. A waiver must be clear and apply only to the matter for which it is given.
These Terms, together with the policies and any service-specific agreement expressly incorporated into the engagement, describe the website-use terms. They do not replace a signed contract or a provider's financial-product documents. If there is a conflict, mandatory law prevails, followed by the applicable product/provider agreement for matters it governs, and then these Terms for general website use, subject to legal review.
27Assignment and relationship between parties
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under a specific service arrangement without any consent required by law or that arrangement. MEE FINTECH may reorganise or transfer business operations only in a manner permitted by law and subject to applicable customer rights and data-protection requirements.
Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, these Terms do not create a partnership, employment relationship, fiduciary relationship, agency authority to bind a financial provider, joint venture or exclusive arrangement between you and MEE FINTECH. MEE FINTECH's role in a transaction must be understood from the actual service arrangement and applicable law.
28Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdictional rules applicable to the particular customer, transaction and service. Courts and competent forums in Hyderabad, Telangana may be relevant where they have jurisdiction under applicable law; this wording does not remove a consumer's right to approach any forum that mandatory law makes available.
The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith written communication. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent relief or using a statutory complaint, consumer, regulatory or dispute-resolution process that is available by law. Any arbitration clause, exclusive jurisdiction arrangement or mandatory dispute process should be included only in a properly reviewed, separately applicable agreement and should not be assumed from this paragraph.
29Regulatory, statutory and provider compliance
Each service must be delivered only within the permissions, appointments, registrations and legal capacity actually held by the relevant parties. References to loans, insurance, mutual funds, fixed deposits, MSME/CGTMSE finance or other products do not by themselves represent that MEE FINTECH holds a particular licence, registration, empanelment, agency appointment or regulatory status.
Transactions may be subject to applicable Indian laws and regulations, including consumer-protection, information-technology, data-protection, telecommunications, anti-fraud, KYC/AML, tax and sector-specific rules, as applicable to the parties and activity. The relevant lender, insurer, investment entity, deposit issuer, payment provider or scheme administrator remains responsible for its own regulated product decisions and disclosures. Customers must comply with lawful KYC, tax, eligibility, repayment, premium and other obligations applicable to them.
Nothing in these Terms authorises MEE FINTECH or any customer to bypass a legal requirement, regulatory restriction, provider control or consent requirement. Where a particular activity requires a licence, registration, appointment or specific disclosure, that activity must not be represented or carried out as authorised until the requirement is verified and satisfied.
30Contact details and legal notices
For general information, begin at https://meefintech.com/. For community access, use https://member.meefintech.com/. The business foundation document identifies Hyderabad, Telangana, India as the business location and identifies Sontha Pradeep Kumar as founder/owner.
Notices should be sent through the verified channels designated in the final published version or the relevant signed service agreement. A notice is not considered received merely because it was sent to an unverified, inactive or unofficial account.
31Final interpretation and customer acknowledgement
These Terms are intended to explain the general rules for using the MEE FINTECH website and requesting its services. They must be read fairly, consistently with the wording of each provision, the applicable service agreement, provider documents and mandatory law. Headings are included for convenience and do not independently change the meaning of a clause.
By proceeding with a specific service after receiving the relevant disclosures, you confirm that you have had an opportunity to ask questions, understand that third-party providers control their own approvals and product terms, and will review the definitive documents before making a financial commitment. If you need an explanation or accessible copy of these Terms, contact MEE FINTECH through its verified official channels.
Document status: Draft prepared from the MEE FINTECH Complete Business Discovery Questionnaire and related business information supplied for this task. It is not a legal opinion, regulatory certification or confirmation that all required registrations and operational policies are in place.
